Matthew Lee  officially commenced his commercial real estate career in 2009 with BRC Advisors Commercial Realty.  Since then, he has been actively involved in multi-family sales, acquisitions, 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges and apartment building management throughout Los Angeles County.  Unofficially, he comes from an extensive family history of commercial real estate experience, through the personal ownership and management of multi-family, retail, industrial and land assets throughout Phoenix, Arizona and Los Angeles, California.  Since the inception of his career, Matthew has worked alongside a number of differentiated and respected commercial real estate professionals, helping to provide him the tools and insight necessary to oversee a transaction from a variety of angles.  He has had the privilege of representing many sophisticated investors on both a domestic and foreign scale.  While recognizing that though investor objectives may always be the same, the paths to achieving such are not.  Whether the individual is already well-established or they are just entering the industry, Matthew individually tailors his approach to the needs of the client while going above and beyond what is typically expected of a commercial real estate agent.  Utilizing proven business platforms geared towards assisting clients with acquisitions at their lowest and/or dispositions at their highest, coupled with an unparalleled work ethic, is what truly makes Matthew a distinguished favorite to work with in the commercial real estate industry.

Matthew Lee currently serves as the Corporate Brokerage Officer for Lilly Enterprises, Inc.  Over the last few years, Matthew has successfully closed over $75MM in commercial sales volume.  He is an active member of The Asian Business League of Southern California (ABL)The National Association of REALTORS (NAR)The Multiple Listing Service (MLS)The Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors (BHGLAAR) and The California Association of Realtors (CAR).  Formally a Manhattan Beach native, he currently resides in Playa Vista with his wife and son.
